InterLink FAQs

What time does the InterLink open?
The InterLink building itself is open 24 hours.  The rental car counters are staffed from 6:00am to 12:00am or until the last flight of the evening arrives at the airport.  Rental cars can be returned at any time. 

How long does it take to get from the InterLink to the airport terminal?
Traveling from the InterLink to the airport is a short walk or ride on the moving sidewalks.  The trip will take between five and ten minutes depending on speed and traffic.

What do I do if I need help with my luggage?
For your convenience, Smarte carts are located in both the InterLink facility and the airport terminal.

What types of provisions are there for individuals in need of assistance?
Both electric cart and wheelchair assistance is available for travelers.  Electric cart service runs continuously during operational hours between the Airport Terminal and the Rental Car counters.  Passengers can request the cart by dialing 211 from any courtesy phone.  Please contact your rental car company, airline or the information desk for information about these services or call 401-691-2211.  All parking lots and garages are handicap accessible and have designated handicap parking. 

Is it still possible to drop off and pick up someone in front of the terminal?
Yes, it is possible, but only for immediate drop off and pick up.

Is it possible to drop off or pick up someone at the train platform?
Yes, if you enter the InterLink parking garage at 700 Jefferson Blvd., you can drop off or pick up at the Kiss and Ride.  Signs will direct you to the "Drop Off and Pick Up" area.  This area is limited to no more than 15 minutes of live parking. 

If I am dropping off my party how do I get to the InterLink from T.F. Green Airport?
Follow the airport roadway to the intersection of Post Road and Coronado Road.  Proceed straight through the intersection onto Coronado Road.  Take Coronado Road to Jefferson Blvd.  Turn left onto Jefferson Blvd.  The entrance to the InterLink will be on the left.

How do I get from the InterLink to the TF Green Airport terminal (on foot)?
From the InterLink parking garage, travel to the Customer Service Building, located on the 3rd floor.  Travel through the Skywalk which will bring you directly to the airport terminal.

How do I contact my rental car company?
You can call your rental car company’s 1-800 number for assistance.

What is the train route?
MBTA trains provide weekday commuter service between Warwick, Providence and Boston with some stops in between.  Train tickets can be purchased on-board the train (cash only).  For schedules, fares, and more information visit www.mbta.com

How much is commuter parking?
The daily parking rate is $6.75 per day.  A monthly commuter parking rate is available for $95 per month.  There is an additional charge of $30 per each consecutive 24 hour period of parking.  Pay on foot locations accept cash and credit cards.

Where are the pay-on-foot stations located?
The pay-on-foot stations, for commuter parking only, are located on the ground floor of the parking garage near the train platform.

Is there Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet Access in the InterLink?
Wi-Fi Internet Access is not available in the InterLink however MBTA commuter trains offer free Wi-Fi.  Travelers can obtain Wi-Fi in the airport terminal utilizing AWG.

Are there any concessions at the InterLink?
At this time, there are no concessions at the InterLink, but Starbucks, the Federal Tavern Restaurant, and the Shipyard Brewpub are both located in the airport terminal pre-security.

What about pets?
Other than service dogs, animals that are traveling with passengers must be in crates.  No other animals are allowed within the InterLink or airport building.  There is an animal relief area directly outside the front doors of the airport.  Waste disposal bags and a grassy area are clearly marked for use.
